》What are the shipping options?
There are YunExpress, epacket, CHINA POST REGISTERED AIR MAIL, UPS, DHL, HK FEDEX-IP(JIFEI), and many others. Different countries have different shipping options. You can find optional shipping options on both the product page and checkout page.
 
》What are my payment options?
We currently accept the following payment methods: - All major credit / debit cards - Apple Pay - PayPal

》When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number(s). Orders may not ship within 48 hours due to stock issues, lack of order information, billing delays, order verification process, custom products, etc,. For information regarding transit times, please refer to our shipping policy.

》When will my order be shipped?
If the items have in stock, we will ship out to you in 1-2 days. If the items are in production, we will ship out to you in 3-10 days.

》What do I do if I never received my order?
Because sometimes the destination country's official website does not transfer the tracking information. So before the package arrives at the destination, it may not update the trace information. In this case, please wait patiently.

》What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please contact us and send photos to us to verify. We will feedback to factory and handle it properly.

》How do I make sure I order the right size?
There is a size chart in the description of the product page, and you can choose the size based on the size chart. If there is no size chart in the description, it indicates that the product is a new product, and the factory temporarily didn't give us more information. But we'll update the size in the next few days. Please pay attention to it.
 
》Can I return a product?
Yes, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 14 days from the moment it was received. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order. For more information about returns, please read our return policy.
